| 摘 要： | 研究国内产业园项目开发建设过程中,建设资金价值创效不显著、营运资金利用效率低、建设资金融通渠道不畅等问题。从高效及常态化创造发展资金价值,营运资金使用方案,建设资金融通渠道三个角度,提出关于发展资金价值高效转化,产业链金融,基金政策与金融资源保障的对策措施。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the problems in the process of development and construction of domestic industrial park projects,such as the inefficient value of construction funds,the low utilization efficiency of operating funds,and the unobstructed financing channels of construction funds.From from the perspective of high efficiency and normalization,operating funds use scheme and construction funds financing,puts forward some countermeasures on the efficient transformation of the value of development funds,industry chain finance,fund policy and financial resources guarantee. |
