| 摘 要： | 个人按揭贷款中存在很多陷阱,目前此类相关文章都是从保护银行的角度出发,而从保护借款人利益的角度进行分析的文章却几乎没有,鉴于此,本文对个人贷款与还款过程中常见的风险与陷阱进行分析,并提出一些解决措施。
