农村金融与农村经济的互动式发展

本文认为,农村经济与农村金融的科学互动式发展,就是以解决“三农”问题为目标,通过大力发展农村经济促进农村金融改革,以农村金融改革推动农村经济发展,使整个农村经济发展与农村金融处于共振、互动、共同发展之中。文章提出,实现农村金融与农村经济的良性互动式发展,一要坚持农村经济与农村金融可持续性发展原则,确立以促进农村经济与社会的稳步发展和全面进步为共同目标,树立服务“三农”的经营理念,加快农村金融改革步伐;二要坚持微观经济效益与宏观经济效益结合的原则,完善农村金融各项服务功能;三要坚持创新发展与规范经营相结合的原则,加强农村金融风险规范管理,优化农村经济与金融发展的外部环境,健全完善适应县域经济发展所需要的县域金融风险管理机制和农村金融风险监管体系。

On the Mutual Development of Rural Finance and Rural Economy

The author points out that the objective of scientific mutual developm ent of rural economy and rural finance is to solve the problem of "agriculture, farmer and rural areas". Torealize the sound and mutual development of rural finance and rural economy, we should, first, adhere to the principle of the sustai nable development of rural economy and rural finance; second, adhere to the prin ciple of combining macro-economic returns with micro-economic returns and improve rural finance's function of service; and third, adhere to the principle of com bining innovational development with standardized operation, optimize the external environment for the development of ruraleconomy and finance, and improve financialrisk management mechanism and the supervision system.
