小型化高频地波雷达舰船目标检测方法

摘    要:针对OSMAR2003型小型化高频地波雷达系统的目标检测问题,讨论了对小型化高频地波雷达系统低信杂比回波信号的优化处理过程,给出了一种峰值检测后同时在距离域、多普勒域和波束域进行联合的三维联合恒虚警(CFAR)目标检测方法,利用高分辨力测向算法对检测到的目标进行方位估计,然后利用最邻近法进行目标关联得到目标点航迹,最后结合小型化高频地波超视距雷达的实测数据验证了三维CFAR检测器的有效性。

Abstract:For the ship target detection of OSMAR 2003(Ocean State Measuring and Analyzing Radar in 2003) high frequency(HF) ground wave radar system with mini antenna array,the optimizing process based on the echo signal with the characteristics of low signal-to-clutter ratio(SCR) is discussed.The method about the three-dimensional joint constant false alarm rate(CFAR) detector applied to target detection simultaneously in range,Doppler and beam fields after peak detection(PD) is presented,and the high-resolution algorithm is used to estimate the target direction,further more,target tracks are formed by the method of the nearest neighbor(NN) algorithm.Finally,with the experimental data of the radar,the result shows good performance of the method on the CFAR detectors,which makes it a reliable solution to radar target detection.
