| 摘 要： | 文章以长沙市金洲大道(望城段)交通安全设施改造为工程背景,在交通事故数据的基础上,从道路设计及运营管理两方面分析了道路环境存在的事故诱因,进而介绍了该工程实施的改善思路及一系列有效措施。

| Abstract: | Taking the transformation of the traffic safety facilities on the Jinzhou Road(Wangcheng section) as engineering background,on the base of data of traffic accidents,this paper analyzes the accident inducements existing in road environment from the aspects of road design and operation management,and further introduces the ideas of improving the engineering implementation and a series of effective measures. |
