| 摘 要： | 近年来河北省果品加工业发展较快,但仍存在各种问题处于被动局面。通过对全省果品加工业发展现状和存在主要问题的探讨与分析,可以找到制约其发展种植结构不合理、加工规模较小、缺乏政府和科研支持的影响因素,对合理规划和发展全省果品业具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, fruit process industry developed rapidly in Hebei province. But some problems exist and make situation passive. Through the discussion and analyses of the development status and existing main prob- lem in Hebei＇ s fruit process industry to find the effect factors that restricted its development, which had important ＇ significance to reasonable planning and development of fruit industry in whole province. |
