西部欠发达地区“校校通”工程建设的实践探索

教育部实施"校校通"工程,是想改变教育资源分布严重不平衡的现状,实现优秀教学资源的共享。然而,很多中小学对校园网建设的规划不完整,对于"校校通"工程的理解存在很大的误区。为此,针对西部欠发达地区的中小学校,在经济投入严重不足的情况下,贫困地区怎样实现"校校通"?本文从变通的方式提出符合该地区的解决方案。

The" School to School" Engineering Construction Research in Owe Advanced District of Western

The Ministry of Education implementing ＂school to school＂ project,is to change the status of a serious imbalance of the distribution of educational resources,to achieve excellent teaching resource sharing. However,the campus network construction planning of many primary and secondary schools are not complete,there is a big misunderstanding for the ＂ school to school ＂ project. For this,to the primary and secondary schools in the less developed western regions,under the situation of a serious shortage of economic investment,how to achieve ＂ school to school ＂ project in the poverty-stricken areas？ This paper proposed solutions to meet the region from the alternative manner.
