Abstract: | The effect of enterprise culture on enterprise development is now been attached more and more importance. The common idea is that an excellent enterprise culture is good to enterprise development, but its negative effect has not been realized. The author held the idea that any enterprise culture has some bad effect on enterprise development. The author analyses the positive effects and negative ones on core competitive power of enterprise culture, and puts forward some ideas about how to eliminate the negative effects. |
