浅谈我国发展金融工程的制约因素及对策建议

金融工程是当代金融业发展的方向，其主要功能是用一整套的原理、方法和工具，着重于对现有金融问题进行创造性解决。加入WTO后，金融工程将成为我国金融行业急需的知识和技能。目前我国在金融工程应用的市场条件、应用主体、发展水平等方面仍存在着许多制约因素，应通过完善有关的制度和基础建设，加强金融创新。
