| 摘 要： | 回顾林权制度的改革史,不难发现林权制度改革主要是为了保护和实现其经济价值,对其生态价值则重视不够。当代林业以生态效益优先为指导思想进行集体林权制度改革,取得了一定的成效。文章从可持续发展的角度回顾了林权制度改革中的经验和教训,以期对当前林业政策的制定提供些许参照。
