硬脂酸锌对氢氧化铝阻燃剂的湿法表面改性研究

摘    要:实验采用硬脂酸锌对氢氧化铝进行湿法表面改性研究,考察了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度等因素对氢氧化铝改性效果的影响。通过红外光谱、活化指数、黏度、吸油值等表面物化性能,对改性前后的氢氧化铝粉体进行了表征,从而确定最佳的工艺条件。最佳的工艺条件:m(改性剂)∶m(氢氧化铝)为0.015∶1,改性温度为90℃,改性时间为30 min。

Abstract:Aluminum trihydroxide was surface modified by zinc stearate with aid of wet craft in experiment.Influence of modified dosage,modified time,temperature,and other factors on modified aluminum trihydroxide was inspected.Modified effects were evaluated by the surface properties such as infrared spectrum,activation index,viscosity,and oil-absorbency value.Before and after the modified aluminum trihydroxide powders were characterized in order to determine the best of conditions.The best conditions were as follows:m(modifier)∶m(aluminum trihydroxide) was 0.015∶1,the modified temperature was 90 ℃,and modified time was 30 min.
