长三角金融合作与区域经济发展

金融合作与区域经济发展密切相关。长三角金融合作已取得初步成果，但是在资金跨区域流动、金融机构互设、金融市场融合以及金融与经济协调发展等方面仍存在若干问题。应重新审视长三角金融合作模式，建立市场主体合作的成本——收益安排机制，充分发挥中心城市的龙头作用，加强金融机构之间的合作，进一步推动货币资金的跨地区流动，建立区域性金融市场和长三角地区的金融信息共享机制，实现金融合作与区域经济的协调发展。

Financial Cooperation and Regional Economy Development in the Yangtze Delta

Financial cooperation has close connection with regional economy development. Although the Yangtze Delta has got the first result of financial cooperation, the area still has several problems on the following aspects： the fund cross-region flow, mutual establishment of financial institutional offices, financial markets merge and the harmonious development between finance and economy. We should inspect the financial cooperation model of the Yangtze Delta, establish the cost-income arrangement mechanism among market participants, utilize the leading role of the central cities thoroughly, strengthen the cooperation among financial institutions, propel the fund cross-region flow further and set up the financial information-share mechanism of regional financial markets and the Yangtze Delta to realize the harmonious development of financial cooperation and regional economy.
