| 摘 要： | 我国小城镇规模普遍偏小,不仅削弱了小城镇的功能,难以获取规模效应,而且使小城镇的发展缺乏弹性,并加重了农民负担.合理确定小城镇适度规模的综合指标,并乡建镇,并取得政策性力量的支持.乃是解决问题的出路.

| Abstract: | As the town's scale is universal smaller .It not only weakens the town's economic and social functions, making it difficult to obtain the scale effects, but also makes it's development lack of elasticity, strengthening the burden on the farmers. So the key to solve this problem is to set the proper scale of comprehensive index, combining the towns together, as well as getting the support of the government's policy. |
