| 摘 要： | 本文从“南北”贸易模式出发分析其中隐含的“环境成本转移”和“专业化陷阱”问题 ,指出它们不利于一个国家或地区的可持续发展。基于此观点 ,阐述我国西部大开发中如何尽量规避这些问题 ,为培育西部地区的可持续发展能力提供一点借鉴和启示。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the implied problems of “environmental cost transfer” and “specialization traps” on the basis of South-Noth trade patterns.It points out that these problems will hinder the sustainable development of a country or an area.It further discusses how China can avoid these problems in the development of the west and provides some enlightenment to the cultivation of the capability for a sustainable development in the west. |
