| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资可以为发展中国家解决资金的困难和技术方面的限制,加快经济发展。江苏省作为我国开放型经济的主要代表,由于资源禀赋、区位条件、发展水平及社会文化等各种因素,在利用外资方面取得了一定的成绩。江苏省外商直接投资的发展要不断规范并健全外资管理体制,大力开展招商引资规模,积极调整现行的外资政策,优化产业结构,强化区域优势。 |

| Abstract: | Foreign direct investment can not only help the developing countries to solve the funds shortage but also give help to the technology,thus it can speed up economic development.Jiangsu province,as the main representative of an open economy,has made certain achievements in the use of foreign capital,due to its resource endowment,location,level of development,social and cultural factors.It analyzes the development status of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province,and made a number of countermeasures against the existing drawbacks. |
