环境约束下的索洛增长模型

为了考察经济增长和环境污染的关系,本文建立了一个包含环境约束的索洛增长模型。在不存在污染削减的技术进步、环境规制及结构效应的情况下,存在一条经济增长的平衡增长路径,但此平衡增长路径是不可持续的,经济最终会走向污染陷阱。因此经济增长不能自发的解决污染问题,环境质量的提高依赖于污染削减的技术进步以及环境规制和产业结构转移。

Solow Growth Model under the Restraint of Environment

In order to investigate the relationship between environmental quality and growth,a Solow growth model is set up under the restraint of environment.The conclusion is: although there is no technological progress in abatement,environmental regulation and effect of composition,a balanced growth path still exists.But the path is unsustainable,and economy will go to"pollution drag".Therefore,economic growth itself can not solve environmental problem.Only by technological progress in abatement and regulation can environmental quality be improved.
