| Abstract: | In the face of a bunch of questions of eco-environment and slender resources in the middle part in China, the paper explores how to build a number of internationally competitive eco-industrial clusters under the guidance of the concept of circular economy after analyzing problems and causes in the process of ecological development in central industrial cluster. |
