| 摘 要： | 长三角、珠三角与海西经济区地域相近、资源禀赋和产业同构等现象是制约其产业优化升级的主要瓶颈。区域分工与合作会带来区域利益的增进,经济区发展必须打破行政区划的限制,实现区域间互动与合作。而政府间的非合作博弈等原因导致了彼此间的合作障碍。构建区域间政府合作的互动机制和产业合作机制,对实现三经济区可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。
