| 摘 要： | 我国城市社区管理的发育成长在一定程度上提高了社区管理水平,但其行政性管理体制存在一定的弊端。构建与社会主义和谐社会相适应的现代化社区管理尤为重要,"治理"的兴起契合了社区成员对公共事务管理效能的诉求。我国城市社区管理对治理有着现实性的诉求。
