| 摘 要： | 朱镕基总理在2002年3月15日的记者招待会上,多次提到农业和农民的问题。农村一定要实现农业现代化,而实现农业现代化的前提条件是实现农村城市化,大连目前的城市化水平居全国领先,已经取得了阶段性成果,但今后的城市化道路该怎么走,在“大大连”战略提出的背景下,是社会各界非常关注的问题。

| Abstract: | For several times,former premier Zhu Rongji had mentioned the issues of agriculture and farmers, agricultural modernization should be realized in the countryside, and this is based on countryside urbanization . Dalian is now among the first class cities in the level of urbaniztion, but how should we march toward great Dalian? The paper makes a thorough discussion on the issue. |
