| 摘 要： | 近年来，在我国经济比较发达地区的城市已经出现膨胀病。大都市区膨胀病治理的有效途径是严格科学的城市规划和良好的城市治理。为此，必须加快大都市区治理的法制化进程，完善城市规划编制、执行、监督和民主管理体制，强化政府的公共服务职能，加强城镇密集地区的整体协调，建立和完善公众参与机制和公共安全应急机制，综合解决大都市区的交通拥堵和环境污染问题，构筑新型的城市产业分工体系。
