| 摘 要： | 综述了电子商务对物流服务质量直接影响到客户的满意度，因此，研究电子商务环境下物流服务发展问题及对策，已成为不可避免的课题。浅析了电子商务与物流服务的关系以及电子商务环境下物流服务发展中存在的问题，并提出了电子商务环境下物流服务解决策略。
