Analysis of Stress Management on the Impact of Coal Mine Production Safety

Safety is the first on the process of coal mine production. From the cause of the accident, the human faction is dominant. And the psychological stress of coal mine staff is the root of uncle behavior. Therefore, this paper explores the main factors affecting coal mine＇s safety production from the perspective of employee＇s stress, analyzes the physiological responses, behavioral responses and psychological, leading to security incidents. So it recommends safe production based stress management strategies.
