| 摘 要： | 中小企业是整个经济社会发展的重要部分，实现中小企业又快又好的发展，除了依靠企业自身经营，还依赖于政府政策扶持，其中，政府采购的作用不容小视。但目前我国中小企业参与政府采购的现状不容乐观，对此，应完善政府采购制度，推动中小企业发展。

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises is an important part of economic and social development.The faster develop-ment of small and medium enterprises depends on their own business operations,also depends on government policy support,including the role of government procurement.However,the present situation for China's small and medium enterprises to participate in government procurement can not be optimistic.The Government should improve the procu-rement system to promote the development of small and medium enterprises. |
