沿海地区城市群（带）发展战略构想

经过改革开放30年的发展,中国沿海地区即将形成11大城市群,进而形成城市带,并且主导中国经济发展的方向。为进一步促进沿海地区城市群（带）发展,一是应借鉴国外区域协调发展机制,促进沿海地区城市群（带）一体化发展;二是尽快建立发达的立体交通体系;三是联合进行海洋资源的开发;四是以城市群建设为龙头,带动沿海经济地区率先发展;五是实施资源节约型的城市群（带）发展战略。

Conception of Development Strategy of Coastal Urban Agglomerations (Belt)

After 30 years development of reform and opening up, China＇s coastal regions is about to form 11 urban groups, then to form urban belt. They will lead the direction of the economic development of China. To further promote the development of coastal urban groups （belt） ： first, we should draw lessons from development of regional eoordination mechanisms in foreign eountries, and promote the integrated development of coastal urban groups （belt） ; second, we should establish three-dimensional traffic system as soon as possible; third, the marine resources should be jointly exploited and developed; fourth, we should take the urban groups construction as the main item to drive the coastal economic region to be developed first; fifth, the development strategy of resource-conserving urban groups（belt） should be implemented.
