汽油牌号质量监督和判定中存在的问题

通过对影响汽油牌号(辛烷值)的各种因素的分析,结合汽油产品质量监督工作实践,指出了当前在监督和判定汽油牌号及产品质量中存在的问题,提出了表观辛烷值与真实辛烷值的概念。认为目前用研究法测定得到的辛烷值只是一个表观辛烷值,并没有单独作为质量指标使用的意义,在当前已广泛使用各种添加剂提高汽油辛烷值的情况下,仅使用表观辛烷值判定汽油牌号容易造成产品质量的误判,只有按国家汽油产品标准,对影响辛烷值的pb、MMT、Fe、MTBE、芳烃、烯烃和苯等进行全项检验,得到汽油的真实辛烷值,才能较为真实、正确地进行汽油产品质量的监督与判定。

Problems with Gasoline Quality Supervision and Assessment

By analyzing the factors that influence octane value of gasoline and drawing on the practical experience from the work of gasoline quality supervision,the problems with the prevailing methods for gasoline quality supervision and brand assessment are pointed out and such concepts as ap-parent octane value and real octane value are proposed.It is thought that apparent octane value obtained by the research method is meaningless as a sepearate quality indicator,as misjudgement on gasoline quality is possible only by the use of apparent octane value,for various additives have now been widely used to increase octane value.It is argued that real octane value can only by obtained by testing such contributing factors as Pb,MMT,Fe,MTBE,aromatic hydrocarbon and benzene so as to make correct supervision and judgement on gasoline quality.
