| 摘 要： | 《物权法》的颁布与实施，对定分止争和给予市场经济主体的财产权利平等保护有重大意义。尤其是作为市场经济中基本主体之企业，物权法的颁布将为其健康发展带来制度和法律上的保障。然而，物权法的实施也会给企业带来一些挑战。本文对物权法可能给企业带来的影响进行了思考，并提出了一些建设性的对策。

| Abstract: | There is great significance for set points only to the market and an economic mainstay of the equal protection of property rights promulgating and implementing.The Property Law's formerly promulgation will provide systematic and lawful guarantee for a healthy development of enterprises since they serve the basic principals in market economy..However,the implementation of the property law will also bring some challenges to the enterprise.The paper put forward some thoughts about the impact on enterprises which the Property Law might bring about and also put some constructive solutions. |
