摘    要:我国事业单位已经全面实施绩效工资制度,这对我国事业单位的发展产生了空前的影响.绩效工资的实施真正地将考核与工资结合在一起,极大地调动了广大事业单位干部职工的积极性.本文以浑源县绩效工资实施情况为例,比较全面地分析了绩效工资的实施效果、实施绩效工资制所产生的相应问题,并针对相应问题提出一些工作设想.

Establish a Scientific Performance Appraisal System to Play the Role of Performance-related Pay Incentives

Abstract:China public institutions have fully implemented the system of performance -related pay, which has brought unprecedented effect on the development of the public institutions. The implementation of performance - re lated pay has succeeded in combining assessment with salary, and thus largely stimulates the motivation of the staff in the public institutions. This paper takes the implementation of performance - related pay in Hunyuan county as an example, and gives an overall analysis of its effect as well as the related problems, on the basis of which it presents some tentative ideas for the issue.
