| 摘 要： | 传统的工业化经济发展模式是以环境破坏和资源损耗为代价的,已无法适应可持续发展的要求。工业生态效率同时考虑工业生产的经济效益和环境效益,是将可持续发展目标融入政策执行与企业发展中的评价工具。本文运用生命周期分析法原理,构建出我国工业生态效率的指标体系,并进一步考察环境政策对我国工业生态效率的实际影响程度,提出由环境政策引导的工业生态效率的改善路径。 |
