| 摘 要： | 经济全球化、金融一体化以及金融自由化的进程,使得金融在整个经济中的地位和作用越来越明显.金融危机的频繁爆发使得研究"如何进行金融监管"尤为必要.本文通过对金融监管理论的综述,揭示金融监管演进的历程,并试图回答这两个问题:"为什么需要监管"与"怎样进行监管".旨在进一步揭示该理论对构建我国现阶段金融监管理论体系的实践意义.

| Abstract: | The process of globalization,financial integration and liberalization makes the position and role of finance in the whole economy more and more obvious.Frequent financial crises make it essential to study how to conduct financial!supervision.The present paper,by summarizing financial supervision theories and revealing the evolution course of financial supervision,attempts to answer two questions: firstly,"Why should we conduct financial supervision?",and secondly,"How to conduct it?",in the hope of further revealing the practical significance of these theories in the construction of China's financial supervision system at the present stage. |
