| 摘 要： | 针对我国养殖型渔业合作社的落后，各种配套的扶持措施还没有很好地建立起来的现状，分析养殖型渔业合作社的独特性，剖析我国养殖型渔业合作社发展的制约因素，得出我国各省区之间养殖型渔业合作社发展极端不平衡，与各地区发展水产养殖的资源禀赋条件约束、渔民的认知度及融资条件有高度的相关性，同时也与地方政府对于养殖型渔业合作社的相关政策缺位有关。据此，有针对性地提出了相应的解决对策。
