| 摘 要： | 对香港青年工作考察后，认为青年领袖的塑造和培养可以增加高校团工作的感染力；青年活动的借鉴与创新可以提高高校团工作的吸引力；青年组织适宜的运作模式可以增加高校团工作的凝聚力；青年资源的整合和挖掘可以增加高校团工作的影响力。

| Abstract: | After studying the local programs devoted to Hong Kong youth, we draw the following conclusions: the nurturing and refining of leadership skills would advance the youth league in its inspiration power; combining imitation of good examples and innovation in youth activity would contribute to the attractiveness of youth league; employing smooth and appropriate execution model, integrating and exploring youth resources would lead to increased solidarity and influence of the Youth League. |
