On the Factors of the Main Body for Highway Construction in the New Countryside of the West

Agriculture plays important role in Xinjiang economic development, increasing agricultural input is one of the key factors to guarantee continuous agricultural increase. This paper analyzes Xinjiang household agricultural investment feature in new period when household has become agricultural investment principal, which include the change of investment quantity, the structure of investment and household investment behavior, then finds seven factors which influence Xinjiang household agricultural investment as follows:capital, price of agricultural productive material, household knowledge level, character of fixed assets, soil resource and water resource, dual risk of agricultural production, household value conception, which can provide proof for government to make supporting agricultural policy.
