摘    要:教学管理是学校管理的重要组成部分,它是为实现一定的教学目标,并根据一定的原则、程序和方法,对拥有的教学资源进行有效计划、组织和调控的过程。随着高等职业教育发展与招生规模的扩大,学校内部组织管理日趋复杂化。因此,必须进一步加强教学管理的改革力度,通过制度创新,建设一支高素质的管理队伍,实现刚性的制度化管理与柔性的人性化管理之间的有机耦合,并且形成良性互动,推进教学管理工作的科学化。

Abstract:Teaching management is a fundamental part in school administration. It is a process of effectively planning, organizing and coordinating teaching resources within a school under the established principles, procedures and methods, so as to achieve the anticipated goals. With the development of higher vocational education and its enlarged admission, higher vocational colleges are facing increasingly complicated scenarios in interior administration. Therefore, they need to strengthen their teaching reform, innovate their institutional structure and forge a high-quality management team. Only by balancing the hard institutional management with the soft people-centered management and by realizing a benign interaction between the two, can they integrate scientific approach into their teaching management.
