| 摘 要： | 传统的体育教学模式存在着诸种弊端,难以促进学生体育学习的热情和积极性。增强大学体育教育的有效性,是目前深化高校体育教学改革的重要课题。创新体育教学模式,建立大学体育教学新理念,改革教学内容和方法,构建科学的评价体系是促进大学体育教学有效性的主要途径。

| Abstract: | Traditional physical education teaching mode has many disadvantages,and is difficult to promote undergraduate passions and activities.Enhancing the effectivity of physical education in institutions of higher education is an important issue to deepen physical education teaching reformation.Innovating physical education teaching mode,setting up new conceptions,reforming teaching contents and methods,establishing scientific evaluation system are the main approaches to promote the effectivity of physical education teaching in institutions of higher education. |
