摘    要:企业内部环境直接影响和制约着人力资源开发与利用,进行中小企业人力资源管理,必须高度重视其所依托的内部环境。目前,我国中小企业人力资源管理内部环境存在诸多问题,严重影响着人力资源管理在企业中作用的发挥。针对上述问题,文章提出了我国中小企业人力资源管理内部环境建设和优化的对策与思路。

Abstract:The internal environment directly influences and restricts the development and utilization of human resources,when conducting human resources management for small and medium enterprises,we must attach great importance to their internal environment.At present,there are many problems in the internal environment of human resource management of SMEs in China,which seriously affect the role of human resource management in the enterprise.In response to these problems,this paper proposes the measures and ideas on the construction and optimization of the internal environment.
