高职类城市轨道交通运营管理专业是近几年为符合城市发展和经济建设的来开设的新兴专业。高职院校的人才培养定位,专业办学特色,以社会需求为导向,以岗位技能为基准,改革传统的教学方法,加强与企业的合作,从而推进"工学结合、顶岗实习"的人才培养模式和校企合作实习实训基地的建设,最终构建以工作导向为基础课程体系的方法和有特色的专业教学资源库。
