| 摘 要： | 传统的会计教学模式注重对学生灌输知识,而忽视学生应用能力、综合素质和个性的培养,这与社会经济发展对会计专业人才的要求不相适应。本文针对学生的个体差异、制定不同的教学目标,探讨在高校会计专业教学中如何进行分层次教学。

| Abstract: | Traditional accounting teaching focuses on equipping students with knowledge, but neglect student proficiency, the overall quality and character training, which can not meet the requirements of accounting professionals. This paper develop different teaching objectives of teaching according to students＂ individual difference; and then discusses how to conduct teaching in mixed level classes in accounting teaching of college. |
