电子政务建设国内外现状及趋势

我国政府部门自成体系现象严重,部门之间互相不沟通或者沟通能力差,导致政府部门的协同能力受到很大的局限限制,基本上不能够为广大人民群众提供可靠的、有保障的并且受到群众监督的电子化服务。在我国体制改革和电子政务逐渐发展的基础上,加强政府部门之间的沟通,加快联系,促进政府的建设为民所用,以人为本是电子政务建设的发展趋势。

Status and Trends of E-government at Home and Abroad

There is serious self-contained phenomenon between our government departments.Departments do not communicate with each other,or poor communication,which are leading to pool interoperability of government departments.Departments basically can not provide comprehensive services.Based on China＇s reform and e-government in the progressive development,we should strengthen the communication between government departments and promote the Government＇s construction of the people,and now the people-oriented development is the trend of e-government.
