| 摘 要： | 本课题通过调查对延安市中学阳光体育开展的现状进行全面分析,发现此项活动开展之初受到老师与学生的喜爱与支持,而持续时间很短,并没有达到预期的效果。对此,学校、家长、学生都应该有所思考,并为更好的推动延安市中学阳光体育运动做出努力,真正使此项活动深入学生日常生活之中,不断提高身体素质,使其更加健康快乐的成长。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates and analyzes the development of sunshine sports in middle school of Yan＇an,and the result shows that at begining it is popular with the teachers and students,but it lasts a short time,and does not achieve the desired results.Schools,parents,students should be thinking about it to better promote the sunshine sport in middle school of Yan＇an,and make it into students＇ daily activities,improve their physical quality and make them grow up healthily and happily. |
