北京流通“软实力”与城市消费力的关系研究

摘    要:
在界定流通“软实力”内涵及评价指标的基础上,从理论分析和实证研究两个方面论证了流通“软实力”对北京城市消费力的促进机理.本文认为要实现北京流通产业的长期、稳定、快速发展,不仅要在硬件(硬实力)上加大投入,还要重视打造北京商贸流通业的软实力.通过信用力、服务力、品牌力、引导力、创新力五个方面的提升,实现北京商贸流通业自我驱动式的发展,形成北京商贸流通业独特的竞争优势.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the definition and evaluation index of "soft power" of circulation industry. To a- chieve Beijing circulation industry' s long - term, stable, rapid development, we must increase investment in the hardware and also pay attention to soft power. The formation of unique competitive advantage of Beijing commerce and trade circulation industry relies on five aspects: credit power, service quality, brand power, influence and in- novation ability.
