经验表明，农业、技术创新、金融体系以及政府干预是工业化过程的重要环节，尤其对于后发展的国家而言，在这四个方面进行的制度设计将影响其工业化的进程。本文以德国、日本为例对这一问题进行考察，并在此基础上分析发展中国家的未来前景。

On the Four Key Points Concerning the Industrialization of Later Starting Countries with Germany and Japan as Examples

Experiences show that, agriculture, technological innovation, financial system and government intervention are important links in the course of industrialization. As long as developing countries are concerned, particularly, system design conducted in these four fields will influence the whole process of their industrialization. Taking Germany and Japan as examples, this paper is devoted to a study of this issue and, on the basis of which, of an analysis of the future prospect of the development of developing countries.
