浅议加强高校图书馆流通图书的管理

高校图书馆流通图书的乱架、破损和丢失现状，既有来自读者方面的原因，也有源自管理者的因素，必须加强监管措施，设立图书保护专职管理部门，把好藏书入库质量关，建立毁损图书登记制度，加强图书馆业务宣传，引导大学生自发创立读者协会，建立大学生借阅图书诚信档案，提高管理人员素质，妥善处理好管理者和读者的关系。

On the Management of Circulating Books in College Libraries

The causes for the current phenomena of the circulating books' disorder,damage and loss lie in the factors both from the readers and the managerial staff.It is imperative to strengthen supervision,establish a special managerial department for protecting books,ensure the quality of book storage,set up a registration system for the damage of books,promote the propaganda of library affairs,lead the college students to found their own readers association,constitute honesty archives of book-borrowing,improve the quality of the managerial staff,provide human-oriented service,and deal with the relationship between the managers and the readers properly.
