| 摘 要： | 高新技术产品出口是知识经济时代国际贸易的重要组成部分,西安高新区发展高新技术产业应该以高新技术产品出口为导向。通过总结与借鉴国内几个优秀高新区的高新技术产品出口模式,结合西安高新区的实际情况,将西安高新区发展高新技术产品出口的模式定位于一个复合型模式,该模式由地域选择模式、企业发展模式、主导产品模式和政府服务模式四方面构成。

| Abstract: | The export of new and high-tech products is an important component of international trade in the knowledge-driven economy. The development of Xi-an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone should pay great importance on the export of new and high-tech products. Through summarizing and drawing lessons from the high-tech products export mode of domestic several outstanding Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones, combining the actual conditions of Xi-an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, this paper orientate the mode of Hi-tech products export in Xi-an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone as a compounding mode, including the mode of choosing the region, the mode of enterprises'development, the mode of the leading products and the mode of government's service. |
