Resource Optimization Allocation in Xi'an-Xianyang Economic Zone

Xi'an-Xianyang economic circle is a new form of the regional combination of industry structure in Shannxi Province.To some degree,this optimized resource allocation of Xi'an and Xianyang can promote the rational resource flow between the two cities.Meanwhile,it also establishes a good foundation for collaborative development.On the long run,the integration of the two regions is mutual beneficial for both Xi'an and Xianyang.This essay analyzes the reason of Xi'an-Xianyang economic circle is complementary,yet posing limits on each other,portrays positive and negative effects.The author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the optimization of resource allocation,that is to implement the strategy of resource development,strengthen the integrated ecosystem,decrease the imbalance of the economic growth,and establish a new open market notion.
