The Study on Stipend of Tour Guides and Solutions——A Case based on the Tour Guides In Guilin

As a well-known tourist destination in China,Guilin＇s tourism industry has a significant status in domestic economy.However,the salary of tour guides in Guilin is in a negative situation and drawing increasing concern of all walks of life.Undoubtedly,the issue of tour guide＇s salary and income not only has impact on the stability of working staff and limitation on the improvement of service quality,but also exist as a potential cause of certain social issues.The paper is to analyse the salary and income as well as living status,tempting to propose an effective solution to the aforementioned problem.
