| Abstract: | By analyzing the concept, policy, management and industry etc., this paper concludes the secret to the success of the non government enterprises in Wenzhou city lies in the innovation spirit of the non government entrepreneurs, in which lies the soul of the entrepreneurs. This paper holds that the innovation spirit is the inevitable result of the unique histroric and cultural tradition of Wenzhou city. |
