外资利用与产业结构升级良性互动研究——以泰州市为例

外资是地区产业结构调整、升级的重要影响因素之一,因此有必要从理论和实践层面分析产业结构和利用外资的关系。文章剖析近年泰州市利用外资和产业结构关系,发现二者之间存在良性互动,但是也存在问题。据此提出:促进外资由集中在制造业向农业、工业、服务业三次产业并举转变;科学规划先行,加强外商投资引导;提升服务,大力优化外资软环境三点措施,促进二者良性发展等建议。

Beneficial Interaction between Utilization of Foreign Capital and Upgrading of Industrial Structure: A Case Study

Foreign capital is an important factor to an area’s adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,therefore,it is necessary to analyze from theoretical and practical aspects the relationship between utilization of foreign capital and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper,after analyzing the relationship between foreign capital utilization and upgrading of industrial structure in Taizhou,finds out that the relationship are both positive and negative interactions.It puts forward three proposals: foreign capital to be used more for agriculture,industry,service instead of for manufacturing industry only;scientific planning to be done foremost and guidance for foreign investment be supplies;more services to be supplied to improve the soft environment of investment.
