| 摘 要： | 文章运用数理模型、演绎推理方法展示DUP对FDI质量的影响路径,指出跨国公司DUP对FDI质量存在以下影响:FDI实际变速大于无DUP时的政府预期,放大政府对经济的干预;当FDI规模增加时,投资项目的平均规模减小,小型投资项目比重增加,FDI结构发生不利变动;小型投资项目变速较快,加剧了投资波动,导致整体FDI质量下降,对东道国经济稳定增长贡献率降低。

| Abstract: | This paper Using mathematical models and deductive reasoning,this paper reveals that the mechanism of DUP exerts influence on quality of FDI in the following ways: ⑴ When the actual variable speed of FDI is greater than the government has expected under the circumstance of no DUP,the government’s intervention on economy would be assumed to be more strict.⑵ When FDI scale increases,when the average size of investment projects decreases,and when small-scale investment projects proportionally increases,FDI structure has adverse changes.⑶The dramatically faster investment fluctuations of small investment projects deteriorates the quality of FDI,which in turn contributes less to the host country’s stable economic growth. |
