摘    要:毕业设计是高职院校实现人才培养目标的重要实践教学环节。结合学生顶岗实习工作内容,建立工学相结合的高职学生毕业设计多元考核评价机制,是高等职业教育改革的重要课题。高职学生的毕业设计(论文)应充分利用顶岗实习期间真实的生产现场和岗位技术,以技术应用和生产工艺改进为主线,真题实做,在培养学生岗位生产技术的认知和实践能力的同时,综合应用专业理论知识,总结生产实践经验,提出改进生产工艺和技术创新的建议,使人才培养目标与社会的需求相一致。

Abstract:Graduation project is an essential part of practice teaching which achieves talents training goal in vocational colleges.It is an important issue of higher vocational education reform to establish a multiple graduation project evaluation mechanism on the basis of combining work and learning in accordance with students’ tasks and responsibilities in their internship.This paper suggests that vocational college students should make full use of their work-site experiences and post-related technology to implement their graduation projects.In turn,their professional knowledge and project achievements can also be applied to the improvement of production technology and technological innovation,thus attaining consistency between the target of talents training and the needs of society.
